The main thing that reached my objectives at the beginning which I found really beneficial is the techniques of negotiation; the steps, the main rules and the main right things you have to do. I have never attended a negotiation class before, and that was my objective and that was what I exactly found. I think anyone, especially those who are doing daily negotiations for so long should attend this course to know about the process before and after negotiation because it will help them a lot to use all the experiences in a more efficient way. Thank you Kexxel Group; very nice organization, nice event and all the help I got from your emails. To me, the people who were invited to this negotiation event are lucky because it is very important. You can take this course any time! Jim is an experienced negotiator; very humourous!

Back to Office Guidelines

Welcome back Kexxelians!

As we move forward with opening the office, your health and safety remains our top priority. With this in mind, we will share a weekly schedule with names of those who will need to be in the office, and those who are working from home. This is essential to reduce unnecessary crowding in the office. The weekly schedule will be posted alongside a new seating plan which follows social distancing guidelines. These will be provided at the end of each week.


Some guidelines for the office:

1. Upon Entry to Office (Sanitizer and thermometer located at entrance)

  • Sanitize your hand.
  • Check your own temperature using the non-contact forehead thermometer at the entrance. Temperature check is only done once a day upon first entry - more often if you do not feel well / anytime during the day.
  • If you are sick (temperature above 37 degrees, coughing, runny nose, or any other symptoms), kindly DO NOT ENTER the office. Please be responsible towards your colleagues. Either take MC, unpaid, or speak to your manager if you can be allowed to work from home.

2. Face Mask

  • Must be used properly (covering nose and mouth) at all times while in the office premises. No face mask, NO ENTRY.

3. Social Distancing Guidelines

  • No physical contact between staff i.e. no handshakes, fist bumps, touching, hugging etc.. Do “footshakes” instead!
  • Maintain a distance of 1.5 meters between each other at all times.
  • Please follow the new office layout that will be provided on a weekly basis.
  • Fun police will need to be adapted to follow these guidelines. Strenuous activities are not recommended. Physical contact activities are not allowed.
  • Meetings should be kept short and only done if necessary while still maintaining social distancing rules.
  • Windows in the meeting rooms and in the office space to be opened for ventilation.

4. Lunch

  • Preferably to be brought from home, refrigerated and heated up in the office.
  • If food is not brought from home, you may purchase takeaway food downstairs between 11.30 - 12 noon or have it delivered to the office. This is to prevent unnecessary exposure to crowds at lunch time.
  • Maintain a distance of at least 1.5m from each other if eating together in the office.

5. General Hygiene

  • Sanitize or wash your hands thoroughly with soap throughout the day.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the toilet by throwing all used tissues into the bin.

6. Water dispenser usage. Important to avoid cross contamination.

  • All cups, water bottles and hands MUST be washed properly with soap prior to filling up at the dispenser, every single time before a refill.
  • Not allowed to refill cups directly without prior washing.
  • Any fingers & utensils in contact with the water dispenser must be clean.
  • When refilling, ensure that there is NO contact between the cup and nozzle / water outlet.

7. Smoking

  • Not allowed at the balcony. Please go downstairs if you desperately need to smoke!

8. Commute - Travel to & from office

  • Please be extra cautious and maintain social distancing in public transport.
  • Travel at non-peak time. See flexible working schedule below.
  • Carry a mini sanitizer and use it often.

9. Parcels & Food Delivery

  • All parcels & food delivery to be contactless and done outside the office. No outsiders allowed in the premises at all times without prior appointments.

10. Flexi working hours.This is to reduce risk of crowding especially for those taking public transportation. 

  • Time in: Anytime between 8:30am to 10:00am.
  • Time out: Anytime between 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
  • Clock in the 9 hours as usual. Example: if you come in at 9:00am, you can leave at 6:00pm.
  • For those fasting and working through lunch, you may leave an hour earlier.
