Kuala Lumpur, 5th – 6th August 2015 – This lively Malaysian capital had the distinct honour of receiving world renowned sales trainer, Ian Segail, for a prestigious course named Transforming Sales Leaders into Great Coaches.
In collaboration with Kexxel Group, the superb and enthusiastic speaker imparted his trade secrets to 31 eager senior executives who were thoroughly excited to learn the coaching skills and practice they need to keep driving sales performance.
The delegates were amazed at the energy and passion that Ian had and he translated that into a vibrant atmosphere filled with in-depth sessions. He also promised the group that although this was a 2-day program, the key coaching methods conveyed will help the delegates ensure their sales staff grow and develop into competent individuals.
A highlight of the event was when Ian initiated a role-play with a delegate whom had ongoing and very relatable issues with a member of his staff and friend. That particular session was very intense as both parties strived to find a solution to the problem at hand using the coaching lessons already discussed, as the rest of the audience listened attentively and took notes of an interesting case study.
Overall the event was a success seeing that all participants went home with a big smile on their face having known that they just learnt the art of coaching from one of the best in the field.
