Jim’s interactive seminar kept the delegates on their toes during the two-days training. Heated discussions filled the room as delegates participated in the role playing sessions as opposing negotiating teams. Through the sessions, the delegates were able to improve their negotiation techniques and strategies as the trainer gave valuable feedback to the group after each role-playing session.

The highly engaging sessions enabled participants to take home key negotiating tactics for a win-win negotiation. The trainer did not hold back on imparting his experiences and to the group of delegates and gave his best advice to all the questions that came up throughout the course.
