A lot of people believe they have what it takes within them to negotiate. Probably that is true to a great extent, but organizing the skills and turning it into a process rather than an emotional activity makes it more consistent with a higher probability. Kexxel Group was very organized and very punctual. I really appreciate that because time is of the essence. Found everything very positive and I enjoyed the two days.
