The training contained real life examples, the slides were not too fancy and the exercises were very good! Jim Thomas has excellence experience and he has a rich history. All I can say is EXCELLENT, really excellent! I would love to attend more of Kexxel’s trainings. I like Kexxel’s organization; their coordination, reminders and follow ups were up to time and good.

“Dr. Sven delivered the course content in a manner that was easy to understand. The trainer is also very knowledgeable in the subject. Kexxel Group’s pre-course communication is good.” Mohd Suhairi Mohammad Shah - Head of Governance and Strategy, Tenaga Nasional Berhad

“Dr. Sven was engaging and understood his audience, he was also able to relate to all levels. The main strength of the training for me was the trainer.” Nadia Hamidy - Manager of Portfolio Management and Monitoring, Ekuiti Nasional Berhad

The reason why I signed up for this training is because work can be a very stressful environment. You are constantly faced with difficulties but after coming for this training and learning from Dr. Sven, I have learnt how I can balance my life. I have also learnt how to be more resilient to the environment around me, so that we continuously have the energy to do more and at the same time have a work life balance. There were many topics that Dr. Sven covered that could be applied to my Job. For example the breathing exercises and our nutrition these are things that can be brought into my job in one way or another. I would strongly recommend any aspiring leaders to attend this course. If you are exhausted or find you’re looking for more energy and your work life balance is an issue. This course in particular is one of the best things that have happened since the discovery of electricity! The course is extremely enlightening because we learn a side of things that you can say is common sense but you never really think about it or put it together. Dr. Sven has put all these common sense things into a course and how it can actually have a positive impact on your career." Chan Jan Ee – Sales Director, Kone Elevator (Video Interview)

“We have enlisted the services of internationally renowned resilience expert Dr Sven Hansen to plan and deliver personal resilience training programmes aimed at
helping our people “get the right perspective” to achieve physical vitality, self-awareness and advancement at an emotional and cognitive level.” Warwick Hunt, Then CEO of PwC NZ, now Senior partner, UK firm.
“Powerful session today. I tried to get to as many one-on-one through the day. Without fail, each has plenty to think about, with actions to work out. The death
spiral just nailed it for one. For the first time, he knew where he’s been and is now, to quote: “still way down there.” Perhaps more importantly, for the first time, he
has confidence he can recover. Your stuff resonates.” GM Strategy, IBM
“The main strength of the event for me was the “Chopstick Smile and Impulsive Control” topics. The event was organized well by Kexxel Group.” Thong Mee Ling – Risk Manager, Tenaga Nasional Berhad
