In this session, John will take you on a virtual “Business Safari” using an African animal fable to show how to develop a workplace environment that engages employees and fosters a positive, productive culture. On this journey, you will discover the neuro-science that underpins our attitudes and behaviours in the workplace. You will learn how to use that science by implementing the 5 Principles of Positive Culture and the 5 Principles of Engaging Leadership to develop happier, more motivated, productive and committed employees.
