Such was the case at the recently completed sessions of Kexxel Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions for Corporate Growth Masterclass held in Malaysia and Thailand this past March. If you didn’t manage to make it, then don’t worry, here’s a quick breakdown of what happened!
Bill Snow is an M&A expert with over 30 years’ experience in the field. He has led deals across North America, Asia and the Middle East. His sessions are carefully punctuated with insider jokes that make demystifying the M&A process a lot more enjoyable. Attendees were taken from the very initial stages of reaching out to a potential acquisition as well as how to handle a proposal of merger or acquisition given to them. The first day dealt a lot of the structure and considerations of the process with delegates having to iron out the finer details of some acquisitions as part of their case study tasks. Not only that, Bill also gave out 6 of his books to the most active people in the group! Talk about being a class topper even at work.
The attendees also enjoyed the chance to network with some of their industry peers and given the caliber of attendees and companies we had; we won’t be surprised if some of them ended up merging. Bill also made time for any extra questions event after the event to make sure everyone came out of the sessions with a solid understanding of M&A.
